Third annual Field Live, 1 to 2 p.m., IU Kokomo Downtown Art Gallery. Students will read poems, short stories, and research published in the 2018 edition of the campus journal, Field. The Gallery, 102 N. Main Street, Kokomo, is open from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Free.
Events with Indian monks from Labrang Tashikyil Monastery, IU Kokomo Kelley Student Center Room 130B. Events include an art workshop from 1 to 2:30 p.m., a meditation methods workshop from 2:30 to 3 p.m., and a debate from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
Culture Bash, 4 to 7 p.m., IU Kokomo Pavilion. Tour the world through food, music, and dance at this annual interactive international festival. Admission is free, and food may be purchased from vendors on site.

Rebel Readers: Frankenstein Live!, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at iuk.edu/Frankenstein. Guest readers will read Frankenstein via livestream, with the final readers in IU Kokomo’s Kresge Auditorium. After the final reader, view the silent film version with musical accompaniment. A reception will follow. Free. The reading is part of the One State/One Story project.
