IU Kokomo women’s soccer ID camp, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Kokomo Municipal Stadium, 400 S. Union St. Open to women’s soccer players who will be juniors and seniors in high school during the 2019-2020 school year, who are interested in potentially playing at IU Kokomo. $30. Voter registration drive and school supply drive, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., IU Kokomo Kelley Student Center Commons, in partnership with the League of Women Voters. School supplies will benefit the Indiana Black Expo Kokomo Chapter backpack drive. Part of IU Kokomo’s commemoration of Juneteenth, a holiday celebrated among the African American community to mark when the slaves in Texas were notified they were free, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed.

Showing and discussion of the film Reconstruction, 5:30 p.m., IU Kokomo Kresge Auditorium. Led by Sarah Heath, associate professor of history. Free. Part of IU Kokomo’s commemoration of Juneteenth.
