Midwest Photography Exhibition and Prinstallation Exhibition, 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., IU Kokomo Downtown Art Gallery, 102 N. Main St. The Prinstallation Exhibition showcases work by IU Kokomo advanced printmaking students. Free.

Frankenstein event, 1 to 2:15 p.m., IU Kokomo Main Building Room 150. Pluripotent stem cell and tissue regeneration, discussion led by Peter Tupa, lecturer in mathematics, and Hisako Masuda, assistant professor of biochemistry. Free.

Saturday, October 13

IU Kokomo baseball double header vs. Olney Central Community College, Kokomo Municipal Stadium, 400 S. Union St., Kokomo. Tickets are $5, or free for children 12 and younger and IU Kokomo students, faculty, and staff with a Crimson card.

IU Kokomo 100 for 100 art exhibition, noon to 4 p.m., IU Kokomo Art Gallery. The exhibition includes artwork donated to be sold for $100 each, to raise money for gallery renovations.

Sunday, October 14

IU Kokomo Observatory open house, 8 to 10 p.m. (weather permitting), 2660 S. Washington St. Free.

Wednesday, October 17

IU Kokomo 100 for 100 art exhibition, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., IU Kokomo Art Gallery. The exhibition includes artwork donated to be sold for $100 each, to raise money for gallery renovations.

Community Policing: Building Bridges and Better Relationships, 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m., Kelly Center Room 130. Panel participants will include representatives from IUPD, Howard County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police and Kokomo Police Department, sponsored by IUPD and the Office of Diversity Equity and Multicultural Affairs.

Friday, October 19

VIP Day Registration Visit in Person, registration begins at 8:30 a.m., program begins at 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., check in is in Alumni Hall. Visit in Person day includes a free t-shirt, free lunch, meet current students and faculty, and will waive the $35 application fee for anyone who attends the event. It is recommended to bring your high school transcripts and parents.
