Dance performance caps Black History month programming

KOKOMO, Ind. —Indiana University Kokomo concludes its Black History Month activities with a performance by the IU African American Dance Company.

The show is free and open to the public in Havens Auditorium, and begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 8. Free parking is available on campus.

Based at IU Bloomington, the African American Dance Company performs original choreography in a fusion of modern, jazz, African, and Latin American dance styles, showcasing Black dance traditions in the African diaspora.
